TH & TH Junior
The junior range is TH&TH's answer to the girl who is too old for a flower girl dress and too young for a bridesmaid one. Same UK design house, same satins and chiffons as the adult bridesmaid range, cut for 8 to 14 years in a grown-up silhouette. We order every piece in from the designer. The questions below are the ones worth reading before you order.
Sizing & fit
Q: How do I work out her junior size?
A: Measure her chest, waist and hip, then match those to the size chart on this listing — the link sits beside the size buttons. The junior chart also gives hollow to hem, which is the front length from the base of her neck to the hem; check it against her height. Ages are a guide only.
Q: She is between two sizes.
A: Take the larger one. Taking a dress in is a simple job for a local seamstress; letting one out often is not.
Q: Junior or flower girl?
A: The junior range starts at 8 years in an adult-style cut; the flower girl range runs from 12–18 months up and reads much younger. If she is 8–10 the deciding factor is usually how she wants to look standing beside the bridesmaids — ask us and we will talk it through.
If she grows before the day
Q: She is at the age where she will grow.
A: That is exactly why the junior chart lists hollow to hem. Order for the girl she will be on the wedding day, not the one standing in front of you now — for a wedding six months or more out, most parents go up a size and have the hem adjusted a fortnight before. Send us her measurements and the date and our stylists will do it with you.
Ordering & delivery
Q: How long will it take?
A: Allow 8–12 weeks from order. Junior pieces are brought in from TH&TH for your order rather than held on our shelf.
Q: I need it sooner.
A: A rush service of 5–8 weeks is available for a fee. Message us with the wedding date before you order so we can confirm it for your style and size.
Q: She needs to match the bridesmaids.
A: Order the junior dress at the same time as the bridesmaid dresses. Dye lots shift between production runs, so ordering weeks apart is the usual reason two supposedly identical greens do not match.
Returns & exchanges
Q: Can I return it?
A: No. Junior dresses are made to order and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged for change of mind, date or size. Be certain before you check out — that is what our stylists are for.
Q: It arrived faulty or wrong.
A: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will fix it.
Care & maintenance
Q: How do I care for it?
A: Dry clean only. Steam rather than iron, and test the steamer on an inside seam first — satin marks easily.
Q: How do I store it until the day?
A: Hang it in a garment bag out of direct light. Do not leave it folded for months.

The details.
The Nala Junior Bridesmaid Dress by TH&TH is the covered-up one, and it is usually the answer when a junior would rather not have her shoulders and arms on show. A wide boat neckline runs straight across the collarbones, and all of the detail sits at the back in a neat keyhole opening.
Fluid satin falls from the bodice in one long line to the floor. There is no volume to manage and nothing to hold up, which is why it looks as considered on a tall fourteen-year-old as it does on a petite eight.
The details:
- Wide boat neckline — shoulders and upper arms covered
- Keyhole opening at the back
- Fluid floor-length satin, fully lined
- Junior sizes 8, 10, 12 and 14 Years
Five greens in one dress: Sage Green is the soft grey-green that has become the default Australian wedding green. Dusty Eucalyptus is paler and cooler again. Olive Grove is warm and earthy. Forest Green is deep and classic. Emerald Dawn is the inky blue-green of the set, and the safest of the five across a bridal party with mixed colouring.
Styling it: green satin is made for foliage-led florals, vineyard and barn receptions and candlelit dinners. The two lighter shades carry a spring garden ceremony just as happily, styled with eucalyptus and white roses.
