SIZING / HOW TO MEASURE
Always take the time to check your measurements against the relevant designer’s size chart before placing your order. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size to leave room for adjustments to be made.
If your dress is “made to order”, and you would like some help with sizing, please add your bust, waist and hip measurements in the ‘notes’ section on your order. Our stylist team will review your measurements before placing your order to make sure the right size is chosen. We might contact you via email to confirm the size we feel would be the best fit, or if we have any questions regarding the measurements.
If your measurements are coming up in between sizes, we recommend choosing the next size up to allow for alterations to be made. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us, we’re always happy to help!
We can send out sample dresses for you and your flower girl to try on.
The dresses can be on loan for trying for up to 7 days for $25 each.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
You may return our ‘in stock’ items within 7 days from receipt of the item for exchange only. Items must be returned in the condition you received them, and must be unworn, unwashed, or unaltered with all tags attached.
All ‘sample sale’ items are final.
Our ‘made to order’ items are made specifically for each order. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these dresses. However, we will make sure to work with you to ensure the best fit. Alterations are not included in the cost of your purchase.
If you require an exchange for your return, payment for shipping of new exchange item will be billed to you. Flower Girls Only will contact you with a quote for new shipping and payment can be made over the phone with a credit card.

Each dress is checked for quality control before it is shipped. If however, the dress arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will get working on resolving the problem right away.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our ‘in stock’ items are shipped within 2 business days of placing your order. Please let us know if you require your item urgently and we can organise a courier service. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
For our ‘made to order’ items, we recommend ordering at least 16 weeks from your wedding date. This allows plenty of time for making, shipping and preparing the dresses in time for the big day! We can always get them here sooner on a rush, so please let us know if your wedding is coming up sooner!
All of our dresses are automatically shipped via either registered express post or courier. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number so that you can keep an eye on when your purchases will arrive!
